My girl Kaylan has been working with one of my closest family friends and my personal hair god as her apprentice for a while & ver slyly asked me about a "friends" wedding while I was at the salon one day. Of course, i'm super oblivious so I said I would absolutely shoot her friend's wedding day. Surprise surprise when Kaylan reached out for her own wedding! Stoked is an understatement!!
Kaylan and Jimmy had their wedding at Kaylan's mom's house which is on a ton of land. It had the cutest little tiny church and some very cool bridges and landscapes! Kaylan is my fav and went non-traditional with her dress. The all black look suited her SO well and her bouquet was low-key my favorite one I've ever seen! My girl Nicole (@healing_artist_nicole) helped her get ready which was so fun since its the first time Nicole and I have gotten to work together!
Their families were all so welcoming so nice. Their reception was under a little covered area next to a pond and had a fire pit nearby too. The vibe was made perfect with apple cider & hot cocoa and a wall of mugs that they thrifted for each guest with our names on little name-tags attached!! *cue the happy tears*
When I tell you that this is a wedding I would do 1000x over, I mean it!
