Emma and Nathan found me online back in march of last year and reached out about their wedding. They're originally from Florida but they met in Copperhill as camp counselors for TEAMeffort at a rafting camp called Whitewater Express. They hung out for the first time in a hammock in the chapel there and the rest was history!
They decided to have their wedding at Whitewater Express since it's such an important place in their story! The whole bridal party spent the night in a cabin on the property. The boys got ready quickly and them moved to a smaller cabin so the girls could get ready in the main cabin. The wedding was in the open air chapel and the reception was held in the mess hall. It was all SO beautiful! We did pictures up on a hill overlooking the camp. The view was gorgeous!
Unfortunately, as perfect as their day sounds they had some friends and family that couldn't make it due to Hurricane Ian hitting their hometown just a few days before their wedding. The friends and family that could make it pitched in and made the day so special! Their reception was so fun and full of dancing & they ended the night by shooting off some fireworks! Such a fun wedding with all the good vibes!!
