Destinations are my jam!
I am a traveler down to my core. I am obsessed with travel of all kinds and want to include that in my work. My goal as a photographer is to photograph weddings in every state! I offer many travel discounts for tons of new places and love every chance I get to travel somewhere new. My hope is that one day I get to travel full-time and photograph all kinds of dream weddings.
For all of my destination weddings, I arrive a day or two in advance to scope out locations so I know all the best angles and places for pictures. So if you're looking for a photographer that is going to make the most of your destination, I'm your girl!

Accessibility is important.
I am a huge advocate for finding a great view with minimal hiking effort! I want amazing adventure elopements and destination weddings to be available to everyone and not just those who are willing and able to hike the distance. My whole life I've struggled with my health. In high school I was finally diagnosed with Chronic Daily Headaches and Chronic Migraine. In my twenties I was diagnosed with PCOS, and now I work very hard to make sure my body is healthy enough to shoot the weddings I dream about. Unfortunately, the downside of chronic illness is that I can't always hike 10 miles and be able to shoot a full wedding day at the same time. I know I have couples that struggle with this also (or just hate hiking lol)!

What do you shoot besides weddings & elopements?
Aside from intimate weddings and elopements, I also shoot couples photos & senior photos. I also shoot larger weddings upon request!
What kind of gear do you use?
All of my gear at this time is Canon. I shoot on 2 canon cameras with canon lenses! I LOVE it & I have no plans to change brands anytime soon!
I'm a first timer, how do I pose?
My number one goal as your photographer is to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. Nobody likes an awkward photo so I prompt you to do or say things to get genuine reactions. Some of my prompts are a workout so be prepared to laugh & have tons of fun at your session!
Do you retouch your photos?
When I edit the photos from your session I always look for small imperfections that can be edited out. My general rule of thumb is if it will not be there in 2 weeks, I edit it out.
I will NEVER with anyones body in any way!!!! My goal as your photographer is to make you feel comfortable and confident in your photos without photoshop-ing you to be something different!
Do you give out raw or unedited photos?
I do not! Raw or unedited photos are not an accurate representation of my work therefore I don't give them out! I choose the best images from your wedding or session to edit and deliver to you!
Will there be a second shooter with you?
I will have a second shooter with me at all weddings and elopements! Travel fees for destination weddings & out of state elopements include my second shooters travel also.
How do you keep my photos safe?
As your photographer, keeping your photos safe is my top priority. I shoot on high quality cards to ensure that they have less of a chance of corrupting and use high quality hard drives for the same reason. For sessions, I immediately upload your images onto my hard drive when I get home from a session and save them in 2 places until your session is delivered. for weddings, I make sure to shoot on 2 different cameras all day so I'm not relying on just one camera to do all the work. I save your images the same way as sessions when I get home! After I deliver your gallery, I keep your raw & edited images on a hard drive and your edited images in an online server!
How many pictures will I receive and how long does it take to get them back?
I generally choose not to put a cap on how many images you receive. It all depends on the number of hours I shoot. I do provide you with a minimum number of images in my pricing & if you need a specific amount of photos just let me know. It usually takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks for sessions & 4-6 weeks for weddings to receive your full gallery. I will also send you a couple of edited images as a sneak peek 24-48 hours after your session/wedding.

When you book with me I provide you with a whole outfit guide to help you plan your session! It has outfit examples, tips & tricks, and shops I recommend!
